Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We are honored to partner with you in creating meaningful team experiences. To ensure clarity and alignment, please review our booking guidelines below. Securing Your Date A signed agreement and a $500 non-refundable deposit are required to secure your session date. Dates are not confirmed until both are received. Final Payment The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled session. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Participant Count Final participant numbers must be confirmed 5 business days before the session. Any additional participants beyond the included amount will be billed at the agreed per-person rate. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may require an additional fee. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable. Client Responsibilities For sessions hosted outside of the Discovery Grounds facility, the client is responsible for securing the venue, coordinating room setup, and providing necessary audiovisual equipment unless prior arrangements have been made.
